Request daily room service to ensure cleanliness, as it’s not automatic. Keep an eye out for community events nearby, which can be enjoyable.

Perfect location for explorers
Had a comfy stay. The room was nice size with its own bathroom, and they did a daily clean, which felt great! Location is a huge plus, right by public transport. Only thing is, it can be noisy at times, especially with all the action outside. Oh, and don't miss the snacks available in the lobby!

All my thoughts, no sugarcoating
Clean and spacious rooms made for a comfortable stay. Though there's no room service and street parking can be a hassle, the location is wonderfully convenient. I was pleasantly surprised, despite reading some negative reviews. This place isn't luxury, but it delivers decent value if you're just looking for a place to rest.

It was just a good match for a speedy visit in San Francisco with decent value for money. The floor was pretty dirty and sticky, but quick clean-up gave us the chance to explore. Stay alert for the surrounding area—it feels a little off.

The average price and decent breakfast were highlights of this hotel. However, it was hard to ignore the thin walls allowing noisy neighbors and the unsatisfactory cleanliness. The location seemed sketchy, with unsettling foot traffic outside, making the experience more stressful than anticipated.

I absolutely loved how clean my room was and the warm, inviting decor. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to public transport, making it very accessible for seniors like me who enjoy exploring the city.
More seating in common areas would be nice.

missingWrote a review on 30 Junlocation convenienceaffordable priceunsafe environmentunpleasant cleanlinessunappealing neighborhood
The central location allowed easy access to nearby amenities, but the experience was marred by an unsafe environment, including homeless individuals nearby and debris around the property. The room, although decent, was not adequately cleaned during our stay, which detracted from our comfort. A particularly unpleasant moment was encountering an unsightly scene upon entering the area, which left a bad impression. Despite the surroundings, the affordable price may offer some value.

great location but limited amenities
The room had a small fridge and microwave, which were handy during our stay. Being right on Market at Valencia made it easy to explore nearby attractions and dining options.
The hotel facilities were just okay.
